Growing up, I thought I would become an engineer because — I liked creating things and I didn't know the whole discipline of design existed until I turned 18. That's how I ended up in design. For me, design was never limited to mediums. I liked disassembling remote control cars, playing with Mechanix (because I wasn't able to afford Lego), and could play with a stick for five hours straight. Though I never liked painting (I failed miserably at it), I always liked creating, lots and lots of it.

People often commend my ability to start new ideas and figure things out from scratch very effectively, but a downside to that is that I also spend a lot of time refining small details until I lose interest. Another thing about me is that I notice a lot, and I consume a lot too, which has worked in my favor because it has given me the ability to think from many different perspectives.

Outside of work, I like cats, I like to pretend I play guitar well, and recently, I've started collecting watches and reading about them. I also like tinkering with IoT :)
